how?
-

How in the morning do I even open my eyes
To see the leaves twirling as they fall down to the ground
To see the sun’s rays bathing my room
Filling it with radiance once unknown

How in the evening do I close my eyes and sleep
To forget the turmoil of the day
To escape the madness of the world
To float in an ocean with lulling calm waters

How does one escape the boundaries of society
When the noise is deafening
And the tiniest spark is blinding
How do you live when life becomes unbearable
